Can I appeal my results?
You can appeal against procedural errors made during the administration of the exam. However, you cannot appeal the result of the exam you have taken.
Appeal on result
You cannot appeal the result you have received on the exam.
Appeal on procedural error
You can appeal procedural errors in the administration of the exam. A procedural error could be, for example, technical issues on the day of the exam, which you believe may have affected your result.
To appeal a procedural error
If you want to appeal a procedural error, you must send your appeal to your test centre (where you took your test).
The deadline for submitting an appeal regarding a procedural error is three weeks after you took the exam.
